The day after Halloween a few decades ago, 2 friends happily took home unsold harvest fruits at a local pumpkin patch.

It was then equally decided, now was the time to learn to bake our own pumpkins for homemade pumpkin bread and other delicious treats for our families and friends. And so, that adventure continues here today.

These recipes are original involving many years of development for our high-altitude climate.

Though they won't always look perfect, the overall ingredients can still render quite a tasty homemade bread. We won't waste a thing.
